Yoga classes are held every Tuesday & Thursday evening @ 7:15 PM.
$12 per class for walk-ins.  $50 for 5 class pass.

Meet the Instructors

Angela

Classes at 7:15 pm every Tuesday

Angela is a 200-YTT certified yoga instructor since Feb 2017. She has personally seen yoga transform her physical and spiritual life: She lost weight, got her blood pressure under control, and found relief from severe insomnia and anxiety. Her hope and goal for all of her students is that they, too, will see the blessings of yoga in their lives. She takes a twofold approach to her classes. She believes firmly that physical activity helps focus our energy on productive endeavors, and spiritual and mental well-being are essential to living a holistically healthy life. For that reason, she combines all of these elements into her classes. She has a special passion for helping others see improvement in their physical strength and endurance, and also seeing reduction in their stress levels and in the variety of symptoms that stress can cause.

Jennifer

Classes at 7:15 pm every Thursday

Jennifer Rimelspach has been teaching yoga in the greater Cleveland area since 2013.  She began her practice during her late teens and maintained her practice through college, several moves and having two children.  She gained knowledge from a variety of Ashtanga, Iyengar, vinyasa and meditation teachers. She strives to be physically strong, emotionally aware and mentally centered through her own practice.  She received her training from the versatile Chagrin Yoga staff in 2013 and enjoys teaching a wide variety of classes.  She welcomes you to breathe, strengthen, find compassion and peace.
